Different hats to meet differing needs
About Mike Rozinsky, Founder & Principal #conflicthugger
I am a #conflicthugger, wearing different hats to meet differing needs.
For over 25 years, I have partnered to create impact through a variety of conflict management, people development, facilitation, change enablement, visual storytelling, restorative justice, and organizational development practices and workshops.
Together these approaches seek to build a community of support, make things discussable, draw out options for exploration, provide for agency, empower people, and steward our environment. The aim is to achieve constructive change, awareness, and alignment inclusively while realizing personal, team, community, and organizational goals.
I consult with clients locally and globally as well as co-lead When & How Studios, serve as an organizational ombuds team member, and am a confidential coach and dialogue facilitator at Bravely. I am a Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner® (CO-OP)® and hold a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from University of Massachusetts Boston (UMB). In 2020, I was recognized with the Donald Paulson Service Award in Conflict Resolution by the UMB Faculty in the Department of Conflict Resolution, Human Security, and Global Governance. This award recognizes outstanding service into the field of conflict resolution, both within the program at UMB and to the wider conflict resolution field.
I am a 1 % for the Planet business member and was a panelist, advocate, and ally for the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program during his time at Fidelity Investments, which is a passion I continue to support in my professional and personal work.
